G Scale Railroads - Part 3

A fresh selection of Videos featuring both Garden & Indoor Railroads in various different scales to show what can be achieved when great ideas and dedication to implement them are combined. The first two immediately under this introduction feature the Balcombe Garden Railway (BGR) - a G Scale live steam in Warwickshire (UK).

The third video is from the excellent Railway Channel "Narrow Gauge in the Garden" series  Ian Stock continues his quest to add realism to his garden railway. In this programme he looks at the hurdles confronting those with awkward gardens.  Visit the Railway Channel to watch Parts 1 and 2 which are equally informative.

The video covers a visit to Tom Miller's beautiful indoor G Scale layout in West side of Portland (USA). 4500 sq ft of Colorado Narrow Gauge with Live Steam outside. Check out the 400 foot trestle at end.  Awesome !!

The following contribution is an excellent video of the Morning Passenger Run on the superb Tuscarora Railroad. The 4 4 0 is a slightly rebuilt Bachmann 4 4 0 with a repaint, the last coach in the train is a model of the 'East Broad Top RR' private car 'Orbisonia'.

The penultimate video short is live steam in the snow on the Balcombe Garden Railway and the final video shows a coloured concrete roadbed in a garden setting.
