Snow Fall at Pine Tree Junction.

The Pine Tree Junction camera team have been busy again recording a serious collision on the line at Silver Ridge.

Another excellent video from the Pine Tree Junction Team. They have amassed an amazing 50,000 "hits" on their video channel just in the last 12 months.

The Pine Tree Junction Film Unit has made over 40 videos since they started and 'Thomas Saves the Day' is now their Number One Video with over 100,000 views in eight months.

Do check them out on www.railwayworld.ning.com and see many more fantastic videos of real railways from all over the World and other wonderful garden and model railways .

Just had to include this brilliant disaster movie from Lindsay Newton (one of my regular customers) and Team on the Pine Tree Junction Garden line. Apparently "Disaster at Silver Ridge" took three weeks to create but we are assured that no passengers, engineers or locomotives came to any harm in the making of this video.

Another adventure from the Pine Junction Team. Excellent creativity and technical execution.

An impressive and very large layout which has taken years of hard work (not to mention many thousands of dollars) to achieve. The railroad is based on the Southern Pacific line as it ran through California and Arizona during the 40's, 50's and 60's.There is more information on this railroad on the following website: www.pvswrr.com

Another G Scale Garden layout based on modern North American Railroad practise but a lot closer to home.

This layout features live steam including this impressive No 24 Sandy River  from Roundhouse Engineering in Doncaster, England

If you intend to create a layout based on North American Railroad practice these videos of garden railways in the USA should provide some inspiration and ideas.

This section contains a number of videos (courtesy of YouTube) which feature G Scale Steam Locomotives manufactured by Bachmann Trains in the USA including their ubiquitous Baldwin 4-6-0 and a powerful Shay from the firm's Spectrum range.

A series of videos featuring a range of different garden railways all having their own distinctive and individual look.

This video shows the Bachmann Davenport Gas Mechanical running on the Cleveland, Delphos and St. Louis Railroad  (CD&StL). The track was not in the best condition as far as cleaning goes, but, the Davenport seems to handle dirty track without a problem;not too bad for a little locomotive with such a short wheelbase.

The Wolf Creek Mining Co. is part of a layout Wolf Creek & Rio Grande Railroad (under construction). The photos are of some of the equipment taken on the Lockheed Martin Recreation Association "Gulf & Denver Railroad Authority" Layout.

The accompanying music is "Railroad´╗┐ Line" performed by The Gibson Brothers.
